This is where one of our dedicated and eagle-eyed professionals, as seen below (Steven and Gemma), will read the manuscript through the proverbial microscope. We will be fixing typos and punctuation errors. We will search for repeated words and grammar mistakes. Once we have completed our diligent manual read through, we then employ MS Word's powerful inbuilt Editor feature, and we will not return your manuscript to you until we have achieved a 100% accuracy score. This is just a final check... our most important job is of course the manual read through.
